Youth Media Research was founded to provide insight and consultancy services to all clients of youthholding. Among the range of qualitative and quantitative techniques used are focus groups, online panels, social media monitoring, mystery shopping, face to face surveys, accompanied shopping and ethnographic research.

Joseph Ciprut is the Head of Insight and Consultancy for Youth Media Research. Prior to this, he was the Director of Business Development for Millward Brown’s Turkish operations for 6 years. Joseph is a member of the Turkish Market Research Association and is a frequent speaker at conferences on brand management and market research related topics. He also conducts training seminars on business intelligence and market research at Egitisim as well as at leading local universities. Before re-locating to Istanbul, Joseph had his own marketing consultancy company in Boston and worked on projects for AOL, State of Massachusetts and US Department of Commerce.
A dual citizen of Turkey and the US, he is married and father of a very curious 4 year old boy.
